Kitchen Shift LeadThe Kitchen Shift Lead is responsible for always delivering crave-able food, in a timely manner, that meets or exceeds Chick-fil-A Quality Requirements. Coaching the behaviors of all Team Leaders and Team Members who work in the Kitchen.
