Priority Contact Center Banking Specialist (Onsite- Kingwood, TX)

Job Description: At Regions, the Contact Center Priority Banker provides full-service banking to affluent clients through appropriate advice, guidance, and education on Regions’ financial products and services. Primary Responsibilities Achieve Contact Center targets and goals by identifying customer needs and providing appropriate advice, guidance, and education on Regions’ financial products and services Achieve required levels of inbound/outbound phone calls from the top 10% of Regions customer base Educate and advise customers on products and services, including all loan and deposit types Take ownership of customer issues and work proactively with the customer for resolution Refer customers to an internal team of experts when complex financial goals and needs are recognized Complete work with a limited degree of supervision This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime for hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act. Requirements High School Diploma or GED Two (2) years of experience in customer service, sales, or banking Ability to accurately observe stable and scrolling on-screen text and images Ability to accurately detect verbal information and communicate verbally using a headset or speaker and microphone Ability to operate a keyboard and mouse to type and make on-screen selections Ability to work at a computer for extended periods of time If applying for a position that will work from a remote location and not in a Regions facility, the following technical specifications will be required: Download speed of at least 50 megabits per second (Mbps). Preferences College Degree One (1) year of experience lending One (1) year of experience in relationship-based client consultation Skills and Competencies Ability to adhere to policies, procedures, and guidelines Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously Ability to problem solve Ability to provide personalized customer service Ability to work in a fast paced and energetic environment Basic computer skills with the ability to navigate various systems Intermediate knowledge of general banking, electronic banking, account opening processes and credit card products and services Strong communication and customer focus Work Schedule Onsite Training Schedule Mandatory: Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST – Initial training for 5 weeks. Full attendance throughout the training period is required. After Training Work Schedule: Monday‑Friday in the office 10:00am – 7:00pm CST (one day off during the week either Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday) and EVERY Saturday or Sunday 10:00am – 7:00pm CST you will work remotely. Your off day will be based on the needs of the business. Position Type Full time Compensation Details Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point‑of‑market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job. The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position. Job Range Target: Minimum: $41,570.35 USD Median: $51,226.50 USD Incentive Pay Plans: This role is eligible to participate in a formulaic incentive plan.
