CDL-A truck driver Paid mentorship program

This position is open to both experienced CDL-A drivers and recent graduates. We run refrigerated freight east of I-35. The work is straightforward, the equipment is current, and the pay reflects your experience.

COMPENSATION

• $0.55 to $0.65 CPM based on verified experience
• Average weekly gross $1,300 to $1,500
• Top drivers earn $1,800 weekly
• $300 orientation bonus, travel and hotel covered
• Rider and pet policy from day one

OPERATIONS

• Home every two weeks for two full days
• Refrigerated freight, no touch
• 70% drop and hook, 30% live no NYC metro
• 1,700 to 2,300 miles per week, consistent east of I-35

EQUIPMENT

• 2022 or newer Freightliner and Kenworth, automatic only
• Assigned truck, take-home policy

RECENT GRADUATES

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Class A CDL, age 21+
• 6 months tractor-trailer experience or accredited CDL program
• DOT/FMCSA compliant, clean drug screen, clean safety record
