CDL-A truck driver Paid mentorship program

$1,300 - $1,500 per week

Blue Ridge Haulers

This position is open to both experienced CDL-A drivers and recent graduates. We run refrigerated freight east of I-35. The work is straightforward, the equipment is current, and the pay reflects your experience.

COMPENSATION

$0.55 to $0.65 CPM based on verified experience
Average weekly gross $1,300 to $1,500
Top drivers earn $1,800 weekly
$300 orientation bonus, travel and hotel covered
Rider and pet policy from day one

OPERATIONS

Home every two weeks for two full days
Refrigerated freight, no touch
70% drop and hook, 30% live no NYC metro
1,700 to 2,300 miles per week, consistent east of I-35

EQUIPMENT

2022 or newer Freightliner and Kenworth, automatic only
Assigned truck, take-home policy

RECENT GRADUATES

4 to 6 weeks paid training with a veteran driver

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Class A CDL, age 21+
6 months tractor-trailer experience or accredited CDL program
DOT/FMCSA compliant, clean drug screen, clean safety record
