Mancan Temporary Staffing Employment Agency

Job Description

Mancan staffing is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team in a unique sales and customer service role within a shop environment. This position combines online sales, customer support, inventory handling, and shipping responsibilities. Location: Litchfield, OH 9am-5pm with some Saturdays

Job Responsibilities:
Sell diesel truck parts through eBay platforms and in store
Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with product inquiries
Provide exceptional customer service and support
Take quality photographs of parts and create online listings
Package and ship sold items accurately and efficiently
Maintain inventory organization and product information
Assist customers with order status, product availability, and general questions
Work within a warehouse/shop setting while handling automotive and diesel parts
Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and customer expectations

Qualifications:
Previous sales and customer service experience preferred
Knowledge of diesel parts, automotive parts, or mechanical components is strongly preferred
Comfortable using computers, eBay, and online selling platforms
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Must be dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented
Ability to lift and move parts as needed

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: $40,000 annually
Earn an additional 10% commission once the established sales quota is met
Uniforms provided upon hire-in
No benefits are offered with this position
