Duties Handle immigration cases from intake through resolution, including complex and high-impact matters. Represent clients before immigration courts and agencies. Conduct client consultations with confidence, empathy, and authority. Collaborate with a skilled legal team and mentor junior attorneys and staff. Stay ahead of changes in immigration law and policy. Contribute to firm growth, strategy, and legal innovation. Be part of cases and advocacy efforts that make real legal advances. Requirements Multiple years of hands-on immigration law experience. Ability to thrive in a high-volume, high-stakes, fast-moving environment. Strong client focus and commitment to outcomes. Confidence in handling complex cases and mentoring others. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus, but not required. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Licensed to practice law in the United States.
