RN II General Acute Care

Schedule: Days, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week

Assignment Details: Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week Contract Weeks: 13

Requirements:

• Active RN license
• Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent experience
• Strong critical thinking and professional discretion
• Experience in medical and surgical patient care preferred

Responsibilities:

• Deliver coordinated nursing care in accordance with established standards
• Supervise and direct activities of nursing staff
• Coordinate care with other healthcare disciplines
• Utilize independent judgment in patient care decisions
