As a Senior Content Producer on the Multimedia Growth team, this full-time remote position will manage the end-to-end workflow of multimedia content, transforming founder stories and expert insights into engaging episodes and clips that drive audience growth. Key Responsibilities: Own the prep-to-publish workflow for multimedia content, ensuring quality and alignment with growth goals Manage on-set production, collaborating with hosts, guests, and producers to maintain narrative focus Build and maintain a robust guest pipeline, leveraging data to source compelling stories that resonate with the audience Required Qualifications: Significant experience in producing growth-oriented storytelling for video and audio formats Fluency in organic growth metrics and understanding of how creative decisions impact audience engagement Proven ability to extract compelling narratives from subjects and translate them into structured interviews Excellent editorial judgment, with a knack for identifying emotional hooks and practical takeaways Experience influencing outcomes on set and providing clear direction to creative teams
