Resident Assistant - On-Call/Per Diem

HumanGood actively incorporates our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” Provides assistance in the personal care and protection of the residents in their private residence at the community. Develops awareness of residents’ interests and needs and assists residents to maximize their independence and participation.

Pay Range: $20.50-$26.00/hr depending on experience

Shift differentials for evenings, overnights, and weekends

Schedules available: On-Call, looking for Tuesday evening coverage and must have weekend and holiday availability

Coverage will be primarily in Home Care and may also cover in Assisted Living, and Memory Support.

To be successful in the role, you would have:

• Prior caregiving or home health experience
• Current CPR Certification
