For this role, there are foundation skills you'll need to succeed and excel. Additionally, while formal education in a related field is great to have, we are most interested in 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative abilities and design versatility.The foundation skills you will need in this position are:High proficiency in contemporary design tools: Adobe Creative Suite, Premier Pro, Figma, GIF creation, advanced photography skills, video editing experience a plus.Previous experience in productions showcasing art direction for both photo and videoRetouching and recoloring of assetsStrong understanding of market trends, consumer insights, and cultural nuances to create impactful and relevant designsExcellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey concepts and ideas to team members and stakeholders.Strong understanding of design principles, typography, layout, and color theory.A keen eye for detail and a passion for staying current with design trends and innovations.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while juggling multiple projects and deadlines.Now WE have a question for YOU.Are you in?Hiring Range: $73,440.00 USD - $91,800.00 USD annuallyIncentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
