Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg

Staff RN – Nursing

Shift: 7 PM - 7:30 AM

Contract Length: 13 weeks Guaranteed Hours: 36

Requirements:

• Valid license to practice in the state.
• CPR certification required.
• Previous Registered Nursing experience preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients using the nursing process.
• Provide education to patients and families from admission through discharge.
• Maintain accurate and legible documentation of the nursing process.
• Notify physicians of pertinent observations and changes in patient status.
• Administer medications and perform treatments safely and accurately.
• Ensure equipment and supplies are available for patient care.
