Position Title: RN-ICU-Stepdown
Job Location: Rochester, NY
Job Type: Contract
Duration: 17 weeks
Shifts: Rotating
No. of positions: 1
Must Have: Active BLS (AHA)
Active State License

Responsibilities:
Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans in consultation with healthcare professionals.
Evaluating medical information, as well as providing direct and individualized bedside nursing care to pre-and post-surgery patients.
Preparing, administering and recording prescribed medications.
The Observation unit cares for adult patients needing additional observation to determine if the patient's condition is serious enough for admission to the hospital
Adjusting specialized medical equipment as needed, as well as interpreting and recording measurements.

Education & Experience Requirements:
Work history/resume
Telemetry Experience Required
Active NY License
Basic Life Support (BLS), ACLS certification is required
