Alliance Labor Group is currently hiring General Laborer Yard Associates to support a major client’s returns and inventory operation. This is a hands-on role ideal for candidates who enjoy physical work, using tools, and working in a fast-paced yard environment, working indoor and outdoor.

We are looking to fill these positions immediately , and candidates who are available to start ASAP are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Process returned materials by cleaning, inspecting, and preparing items for restocking
• Count, sort, and verify inventory for accuracy
• Break down preassembled tables and equipment using power tools (impact drills, screw guns, etc.)
• Organize materials and return them to proper inventory locations
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow all Yard safety procedures and guidelines
• Assist with general warehouse/Yard and labor duties as needed

Qualifications

• Previous carpentry, production, or general laborer experience preferred
• Experience using hand tools or power tools is a plus
• Ability to lift 40–60 lbs consistently
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to follow directions and work independently or on a team
• Good attendance and work ethic required
