You will be the Manufacturing Support Team Member Senior for the Manufacturing Support Team. Our team is responsible for developing, revising, and optimizing company policies, procedures, and manufacturing work controls to improve efficiency and cost‑effectiveness.

As the Manufacturing Support Team Member Senior you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and ensuring robust work controls.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Develop and revise company policies and procedures.
• Optimize manufacturing work controls for efficiency.
• Ensure cost‑effectiveness of manufacturing operations.
• Communicate clearly with internal and external contacts.

Basic Qualifications:
Demonstrated proficiency reading,
understanding, and writing work instructions manufacturing processes.

Strong listening, reading and writing skills.

Basic proficiency with PC, keyboarding, Microsoft Word and Excel.
Desired Skills:
Demonstrated ability to complete organizational
projects and goals by performing tasks requiring
discretion and general knowledge and ability.

Errors in judgment or failure to achieve results would normally require a moderate expenditure of resources to rectify.

Demonstrated general knowledge and
application of industry practices, techniques, and standards.

Ability to communicate clearly with internal and
external contacts.


Represents organization on specific projects.

Develops solutions to a variety of problems of
moderate scope and complexity. Refers to
policies and practices for guidance.

Working knowledge of S4 & MPM Link.

Self-starter, able to work under general supervision.

Work is reviewed for soundness of judgment and
overall adequacy and accuracy.

Shows a track record of meeting scheduled
deadlines.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
