And we'll be proud to have you on the journey.Are you intrigued by this work?Develop & implement PLC and multi-axis motion control programs for advanced labeling systemsCreate clear documentation to support assembly, testing, debugging, and long-term servicing of equipmentCollaborate cross-functionally with automation, electrical, and mechanical engineers, as well as sales teams and customers, to fully define project scope and requirementsEvaluate and recommend hardware and software components that best fit each project's needsTroubleshoot & optimize complex automation systems to ensure performance, reliability, and scalabilityIf this sounds like you, we want to connect!Education: BS in Electrical, Controls, Mechatronics Engineering or equivalentExperience: 7+ years in controls engineering with a focus on motion control and high-speed automated machineryProven experience in multi-axis motion control programmingSkilled in structured text programmingHands-on experience with B&R Automation Studio (required)Familiarity with Allen Bradley CompactLogix and ControlLogix PLCs (preferred)Strong knowledge of communication protocols: OPC-UA, Powerlink, Ethernet/IPHMI programming experience (required), ideally with B&R mappView and Allen Bradley FactoryTalk SE/MEExcellent debugging and troubleshooting skills for complex automation issuesSQL database experience (plus)SCADA / MES experience (plus)Results-driven with high standardsOrganized, able to set priorities and track progressTeam-oriented, collaborative, and willing to share knowledgeStrong communicator—professional in listening, speaking, and writingAnalytical problem solver with a structured approach to identifying causes and generating solutionsWhat's in it for you?There's no monopoly on innovative ideas or limits to how far you can advance with our team.
