The Risk Management Trainee (RMT) position is a fast-track to the world of account management and is ideal for someone looking to jumpstart their career. If you have customer service or administrative experience and want to make a change, this is the job for you! Responsibilities You will learn the insurance industry from the ground up. For the first few months, you will focus on learning DII procedures and acquiring the insurance knowledge required to obtain a Maryland Life and Health License. Respond to requests for certificates of insurance from clients in a timely manner. Learn to process endorsements. Maintain and update client and policy information in the agency management system. Qualifications No degree or insurance experience required. Customer service or administrative experience preferred. A go-getter attitude and desire to grow your career.
