You’ll collaborate closely with families, technicians, and leadership while practicing within a structured environment designed to support ethical decision-making and clinical excellence. This role is ideal for clinicians who value consistency, collaboration, and meaningful impact. What You’ll Do Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop data-driven Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Utilize developmentally appropriate assessments, including Vineland-3 and other standardized tools Provide center-based ABA services to children with autism and developmental needs Collect, analyze, and monitor behavioral data to guide treatment decisions Supervise, coach, and support Behavior Technicians and RBTs to ensure treatment fidelity Partner with caregivers through training and collaboration to promote skill generalization Deliver crisis prevention and intervention when clinically necessary Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and community partners Participate in staff meetings, clinical trainings, and ongoing professional development In some regions, mentor Associate Clinical Supervisors or individuals accruing supervision hours toward BCBA certification How Success Is Measured High-quality, ethical clinical care Strong relationships with families and team members Effective supervision, mentorship, and leadership Consistency, follow-through, and professional integrity Clinical outcomes that meaningfully improve quality of life Qualifications Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field Current BCBA certification in good standing (required) Active Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license (required, where applicable) Minimum of 2 years of ABA experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities Experience conducting FBAs, writing BIPs, and supervising clinical staff Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills Commitment to ethical, compassionate, high-quality care Why CAS Is Different Support clinicians instead of overwhelming them Balance structure with autonomy Prioritize ethical care and clinical integrity Create consistency without rigidity At CAS, you’ll find the stability of a growing organization with the heart of a community-based provider.
