Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a digital or color print production environment
• Experience operating Ricoh, Canon, Xerox, or similar digital printing presses preferred
• Strong understanding of color theory, color matching, and calibration tools
• Ability to manage multiple print jobs and machines simultaneously
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to print quality standards
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

Job Duties:

• Operate high-speed digital and/or offset color printing equipment.
• Run multiple printers simultaneously while maintaining production efficiency.
• Monitor print jobs to ensure quality, accuracy, and color consistency.
• Perform color calibration and quality checks throughout production runs.
• Follow work orders, job specifications, and production schedules.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform routine machine maintenance.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
