Instructional DesignerThe Opportunity: Focus on developing and delivering instructional materials for security, export control, and engineering support staff by integrating computer-based tools and graphics. Facilitate a range of course formats to ensure security personnel receive mission-ready training. Lead comprehensive Instructional Systems Design (ISD) work by providing effective classroom techniques, developing new curriculum and supporting educational materials, and providing virtual instructional and facilitation support. Coordinate, monitor, and manage training schedules across multiple disciplines and with multiple international stakeholders. Support reviews and assessments of multinational training activities to confirm consistent application of training objectives and learning outcomes. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
