About This Role The ICU RN at Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital is responsible for planning and providing patient care for assigned patients in a 14-bed ICU unit. This per diem role is ideal for experienced nurses who can manage complex patient needs and are committed to high standards of care. Highlights Location: Jamaica Plain, MA Facility: Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital, Inc. Schedule: Per Diem, Rotating Day/Nights Pay: $41.36 - $100.00/Hourly What You’ll Do Plan and provide patient care in accordance with Nursing Standards of Care. Manage patients by assuming full responsibility for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care. Demonstrate initiative, knowledge, and clinical skills in caring for patients with complex needs. Assure the practice of the Patient and Family Centered Care Model. Work 16 shifts every 6 months, including 4 weekend shifts and one summer and one winter holiday.
