RN Care Coordinator Cardiac Surgery & Care Management

University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, MS seeks an RN Care Coordinator for Surgery–Cardiac Surgery. You will support disease management tasks, educate patients and families, and empower self-care through behavior change.

The role requires an active RN license and at least two years of RN experience, preferably with chronic disease management and care coordination knowledge. This is a day-shift, full-time position on the Main Campus.
