BAS Operations Supervisor - Data Center Construction Location: Sterling, VA, US Salary: $160,000 - $180,000 per year Job Description As an Operations Supervisor on our datacenter construction team, you will be responsible for supporting departmental operations while leading the execution of Building Automation construction projects, primarily for data center sites in Northern Virginia. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the position oversees Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers while directly managing select projects. Qualifications BS in a related field OR equivalent professional experience 5+ years of experience managing Building Automation/HVAC Controls projects 3+ years of supervisory experience leading/mentoring direct reports Data center projects experience Automated Logic product line experience Tridium Niagara N4 experience Prior BAS programming experience and/or can troubleshoot if needed Benefits Competitive Pay DOE ($160-$180k base) Quarterly PM bonus - Uncapped Remote work with only occasional job site visits Comprehensive Benefits Package 401k with a company match Generous PTO + paid holidays and sick time $200/week Vehicle Stipend More!
