Senior Financial Analyst Nashville, TN | Hybrid | $100,000-$125,000 Base + Bonus What You’ll Be Doing Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and executive reporting packages that support strategic decision‑making. Analyze financial and operational performance, identify key trends, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership. Partner cross‑functionally with finance, accounting, and operational leaders to improve reporting, planning, and overall business performance. Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and ad hoc financial projects in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. Help drive process improvements and contribute to the continued growth and sophistication of the finance organization. What We’re Looking For Approximately 3-6 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance. Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills. Healthcare, physician practice, or multi‑site operating experience is highly preferred. Experience building executive‑level reporting and translating financial data into meaningful business insights. A naturally curious, analytical thinker who enjoys solving complex problems and can work independently with minimal direction. Excellent communication skills and the ability to partner with leaders across the organization. Compensation and Benefits Base salary range: $100,000–$125,000 plus bonus opportunity.
