We are currently seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for a private client in the Hamptons starting on 08/07. This opportunity involves providing daily nursing visits for infusion-related care in a private home setting, ensuring a seamless and personalized care experience while supporting the client's ongoing treatment plan.

While this specific case is structured around daily nursing visits , TrustHouse has ongoing private duty opportunities throughout the Hamptons region , including additional visit-based assignments as well as 12-hour shift cases .

This role is ideal for nurses who are confident in their clinical foundation and comfortable delivering attentive, relationship-based care in an upscale home environment.

Your Role in Excellence

• Provide high-quality, one-on-one nursing care in a private residence

• Perform daily nursing visits and infusion-related care as directed

• Assess, monitor, and document patient status and response to treatment

• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and established care plans

• Collaborate with physicians, care managers, and family members to ensure continuity of care

• Deliver exceptional patient and family education with professionalism and compassion

• Maintain the highest standards of discretion, reliability, and clinical excellence

The Ideal Candidate

• Active New York State RN License required

• BSN required

• Minimum 2 years of inpatient acute care experience required

• Experience with infusion therapy strongly preferred

• Experience in ICU, CCU, ED, Oncology , or other acute care settings highly valued

• Current BLS Certification required

• Strong clinical judgment, assessment, and communication skills
