Assistant Manager
[NEW] 40003 Jersey Mike's Laramie
Assistant General Manager Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Maintain restaurant’s cleanliness above standard. Work in a fast‑paced, team‑driven atmosphere. Multitask and work with a sense of urgency. Interface with customers and provide an exceptional experience. Understand and uphold accountability and integrity. Key holder duties. Perform all tasks related to opening and closing the store. Bake bread and perform all preparation tasks. Manage and lead a crew of 3 to 7 people. Proficient in slicing. Create employee schedules. Place inventory orders. Fill in for the Manager in all capacities when needed. Assist in employee training. Lead by example. Participate in management team meetings and strategy sessions. Qualifications High school degree or equivalent. Preferred: 1 year QSR experience. Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer. Serve Safe Certification – Food Handler. Reliable transportation. Key Competencies Excellent menu and product knowledge with an awesome personality. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Desire to improve self and skill sets. Effective communication with guests and an awesome personality. Participation in all Jersey Mike’s training programs. Ability to meet schedule requirements and be a reliable performer.
