About the Opportunity

We are conducting a search for an experienced Assistant Manager to join a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant operation in the Germantown area. This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional who enjoys leading teams, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and helping drive strong operational results.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can support the General Manager while taking ownership of daily operations, team development, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with daily restaurant operations and shift leadership.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members while maintaining a positive, accountable culture.
• Ensure excellent guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Maintain standards for food quality, cleanliness, safety, and restaurant presentation.
• Assist with scheduling, training, inventory, labor management, and cost control.
• Support sales, profitability, and overall operational goals.
• Serve as the manager on duty and provide leadership in the General Manager’s absence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations and guest service.
• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to coach and hold a team accountable.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
