Mendota Springs Dental is currently looking for a highly motivated Treatment Care Coordinator to add to our amazing team!

This position requires the individual to be flexible with the needs of the practice. The ideal candidate will be friendly, outgoing, highly organized, and comfortable discussing treatment plans with patients. The candidate needs excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Salary:

• $22/hr–$26/hr
• Based on experience

Work Schedule:

• Monday: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Tuesday 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  
• Wednesday: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
• Thursday: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
• Friday: 7:30 AM - 2:30 PM (twice a month)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with greeting, scheduling, recare, and other front desk duties
• Understand and navigate patients’ dental insurance
• Collect and document patients’ charges and payments
• Prepare treatment plans for patients and lead patient consultations
• Strive to provide excellent customer service throughout the organization
• Build patient relationships based on trust and empathy
• Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that requires multitasking
• Be willing and able to step into various roles and wear different hats

Position Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow with close attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to work effectively with a variety of personalities at all levels
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to approach constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm

Experience:

• Dental: 3 years preferred, but we are willing to train the right individual
