Responsibilities Lead and drive sales by taking an Omni channel approach to the retail experience. Deliver an environment that is engaging and inspiring to the customer while fostering continual team development. Acts as a brand representative reflective of the company values and collaborates on the creation of an engaging visual experience. Elevate every aspect of the store experience through omni channel capabilities, merchandising, and display. Cultivates a welcoming and inclusive environment by delivering exceptional customer experiences. Build a succession plan for engaging and retaining a diverse team to fuel internal growth. Provides timely and specific employee feedback to create a culture of action and accountability. Oversee daily operating procedures and assess business and product sell-through. Requirements Passion for UO brand 5+ years store leadership experience Proven record of hiring and developing great talent Strong understanding of merchant process and ways it impacts the business Experience in coaching, counseling, and conflict resolution Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
