Communities In Schools North Carolina is seeking a Youth Success Coach for the Reentry to Resilience Program. This role involves supporting youth returning to Mecklenburg County, fostering their growth, and coordinating their reentry strategies with families and schools. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and has a minimum of 2 years experience working with youth, particularly those involved with the justice system. The position requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel significantly.
