Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse – LPN/LVN Versatile shifts: Schedule 1 – Tuesday to Thursday 7:00 am–7:00 pm; Schedule 2 – Sunday to Wednesday and Saturday nights 7:00 pm–7:00 am. Working locations: Ft. Walton Beach. Patient population: children with high acuity, tracheostomy/ventilator with mechanical lift. Responsibilities include delivering compassionate home‑care clinical services and achieving excellent outcomes. Qualifications Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice. Compact licenses may be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days. Current CPR certification (hands‑on component); Aveanna can assist after hire. TB skin test current within last 12 months. Six months prior hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required. Reliable transportation.
