What You'll Do

• Sell and cross-sell personal insurance products to new and existing customers.

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships that drive retention and renewals.

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.

• Meet individual sales goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

• Stay informed on insurance products, industry trends, and compliance requirements.

• Maintain required licensing and continuing education requirements.

What We're Looking For

• Active Property & Casualty License in your home state.

• 2+ years of insurance sales experience (3-5 years preferred).

• Ability to obtain Life and/or additional required licenses within 60 days of hire.

• Proven success in sales, customer retention, or account management.

• Strong communication, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills.

• Multi-state licensing is a plus.

• Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply for select locations.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wilkes-Barre, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
