Accounts Receivable Clerk (Full Time)

Job Description Job Description A rapidly growing company is currently seeking ​a full time Account Receivable Clerk to join our team! This is an entry level position ideal for someone who obtained a college degree majoring in accounting or finance recently (within 5 years), and has passion to pursue an accounting career. We are looking for a candidate to join our fast growing company, who is highly motivated, hard working, and has good self-control. Responsibilities: Obtain primary financial data for accounting records Compute and record numerical data Check the accuracy of business transactions Send statements to customers and collect payments Prepare reports for manager and sales Perform data entry and administrative duties Supervise new employees Take orders when needed Provide other miscellaneous office clerical support Provide customer service when needed Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from a US accredited school in Accounting or relevant field is required Fundamental knowledge of GAAP 2-3 year corporate office work experience in enterprise level bookkeeping systems such as Sage and QuickBooks required Proficient in Excel, Word, and business Emails Detail oriented and good work attitude Excellent communication skills and professional manner Accountable for the work delivery, and maintain high accuracy and quality English is a must, additional language in Chinese/Vietnamese is highly preferred Company Description Bossen Group, Inc. is a fast-growing food-service ingredient distributor serving specialty beverage businesses across the U.S. We’re all about creating a smooth, enjoyable shopping experience—listening closely to our customers and supplying exactly what they need to help their businesses thrive.
