About the Role:
Join Spartan Security Services LLC as an Armed Security Officer- PATROL in Lexington, KY, where you'll play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients. This position offers a dynamic work environment where your skills and dedication will be highly valued.
Responsibilities:
Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to deter and detect criminal activity.
Monitor surveillance equipment and respond to alarms or incidents promptly.
Engage with the public and provide assistance as needed to ensure safety.
Prepare detailed reports on daily activities and incidents encountered.
Enforce company policies and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Collaborate with local law enforcement when necessary to resolve issues.
Participate in training sessions to stay current on security protocols and best practices.
Requirements:
Previous experience in security or law enforcement preferred.
Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
Physical fitness to perform patrol duties and respond to emergencies.
Professional demeanor and commitment to maintaining a safe environment.
