• Set up, maintain, and break down breakfast buffet and evening reception service areas
• Prepare and present food, snacks, beverages, and service stations according to hotel standards
• Serve complimentary cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages during evening reception hours in accordance with responsible alcohol service guidelines
• Monitor food and beverage levels and replenish items promptly throughout service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining, lounge, kitchen, and bar areas
• Clear tables, remove used dishes and glassware, and sanitize surfaces regularly
• Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout each shift
• Respond to guest requests, questions, and concerns professionally and promptly
• Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and liquor service regulations
• Restock supplies including utensils, condiments, napkins, and beverage inventory
• Operate kitchen and beverage equipment safely and properly
• Perform opening and closing duties including cleaning, organizing, and securing service areas
• Communicate maintenance concerns, inventory shortages, or guest issues to management
• Collaborate with front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams to ensure exceptional guest experiences

Qualifications:

• Previous hospitality, food service, bartending, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work both early morning and evening shifts as scheduled
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
• Knowledge of responsible alcohol service practices preferred
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance with a positive and outgoing attitude
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
• Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with buffet, breakfast, lounge, or bar service
• Bartending or beverage service experience
• Knowledge of hotel guest service standards
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

• Fast-paced, guest-facing hospitality environment
• Standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying trays or supplies throughout shifts
• Combination of early morning and evening schedules
