Job Description
PROSTAR Staffing is hiring dependable Production Packers for a fast-growing manufacturing facility in Niles, IL. No experience is required—we provide full on-the-job training! This is the perfect entry-level opportunity to build a long-term warehouse career.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pull, and pack card products accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Assemble products according to quality standards and daily production goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety guidelines.
Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for the duration of an 8-hour shift.
- Comfortable working in a refrigerated production environment.
- Reliable attendance and a strong teamwork mindset.
- Compliance with strict safety/GMP rules (no makeup, artificial nails, or jewelry allowed on the production floor).
- No prior manufacturing or warehouse experience required!
