Overview As the Retail Experience Manager (RXM) at Fleet Feet, you’ll be at the heart of our store’s daily operations, leading with passion, supporting your team, and delivering a premium customer experience. Responsibilities Lead the team by recruiting, onboarding, training, and developing Outfitters (Retail Sales Associates) to prioritize customer service and goals. Coach and inspire team members with clear expectations, real‑time feedback, recognition, and support for growth. Own the floor: manage sales‑floor operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and oversee the Fleet Feet Outfitting Experience. Address customer concerns promptly and professionally. Foster a collaborative, high‑performance environment through daily leadership and engagement. Maintain clear communication across the team to ensure alignment, clarity, and enthusiasm. Support and promote Fleet Feet’s events, programs, and community outreach initiatives. Qualifications Proven retail management experience with a strong customer‑focused sales background. A role model in delivering exceptional service with energy and empathy. Strong coaching, communication, and delegation skills. Comfortable managing inventory, schedules, and daily retail operations. Growth mindset: eager to develop yourself and others in a fast‑paced, people‑centered environment. Accountability: ownership of team performance and store results. Adaptability: flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical requirements: capable of lifting 25–50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
