Work Environment

This position is primarily onsite in our Lawrenceville facility, where you will collaborate with a dynamic team of professionals, including nurses, X-ray technologists, and administrative specialists. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor clinic staff, including nurses and front office specialists, to promote a culture of excellence in patient care.
• Oversee the successful execution of patient care protocols and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Accurately complete and manage patient charts, ensuring timely documentation and follow-up.
• Build trust and rapport with patients and team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Implement clinical protocols set by Supervising Physicians, while ensuring compliance with Federal and State regulations, including HIPAA guidelines.
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests as needed, effectively prescribing medications, and educating patients on treatment plans for both acute and chronic conditions.
• Execute therapeutic procedures such as incision and drainage, splinting, suturing, and wound care.
• Analyze patients' histories and physical examinations to create tailored diagnoses that inform treatment strategies.
• Demonstrate professionalism and maintain the core values of communication, empowerment, and quality care.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management that contribute to the overall success and efficient operation of the practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Family Nurse Practitioner at Evergreen, you will cater to a diverse patient demographic, encompassing families and individuals of all ages within the Lawrenceville community. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Nursing with specialization as a Family Nurse Practitioner is required.
• Current Family Nurse Practitioner license and compliance with state regulations.
• Strong knowledge and adherence to healthcare standards and operational standards of Evergreen Family Practice.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling you to maintain positive relations with patients, colleagues, and management.
• Proficiency in telehealth technology and willingness to engage with patients through virtual communication channels.
• Self-motivated and able to perform efficiently in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.

Preferred Experience

• Proven experience working as a Telehealth clinician is highly valued, allowing you to seamlessly integrate virtual care into your practice.
• Demonstrated expertise in concierge medicine or a similar patient care model is a distinct advantage.
• Experience in managing high volumes of patient interactions while maintaining a high standard of care and satisfaction.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 125,000 to 140,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
