Job Description\n Medical Solutions Direct Hire is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Cardiac Cath Lab for a nursing job in South Beloit, Illinois.Job Description & Requirements\n \n Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab\n Discipline: RN\n Duration: Ongoing\n 40 hours per week\n Shift: 8 hours, days\n Employment Type: Staff\n \n \n Job Title: Cath Lab Registered Nurse (RN)\n Location: Beloit, Wisconsin\n Position Summary:\n We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Cardiovascular/Cath Lab team in Beloit, WI. This role involves providing nursing care and clinical support during a variety of interventional radiology (IR) and cardiac procedures.\n Key Responsibilities:\n \n Provide direct patient care before, during, and after procedures\n Assist physicians with a range of procedures, including:\n \n Cardiac catheterizations and interventional radiology (IR) procedures\n Transesophageal echocardiograms (TEEs)\n Electrical cardioversions (ECVs)\n Tilt table testing\n Pacemaker and implantable cardioverter-defibrillator (ICD) placements\n Internal loop recorder insertions\n \n Administer medications, including conscious sedation, per protocol\n Monitor patient status and respond to changes in condition\n Maintain a sterile environment and ensure adherence to safety standards\n Document all patient care and procedural details accurately in the electronic medical record\n Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality patient outcomes\n \n Schedule:\n \n 10-hour shifts: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM\n On-call requirement: Minimum of 7 days per month\n \n Qualifications:\n \n Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (WI or compact state)\n Minimum of 1–2 years of Cath Lab experience preferred\n Experience with cardiac and interventional procedures strongly preferred\n ACLS and BLS certifications required\n Cerner experience is strongly preferred\n Strong critical thinking skills\n Excellent communication and teamwork skills\n \n Why Join Us?\n \n Work alongside an expert cardiovascular team\n Gain experience with advanced cardiac and interventional procedures\n Supportive, collaborative clinical environment\n \n 7-5:30 pm Relocation assistance available Direct Hire job# 1036230\n \n Medical Solutions Direct Hire Job ID #1036230.About Medical Solutions Direct Hire\n \n At Medical Solutions, we’re people who care, helping people who care.
