Overview Position can be at this site or a floating position to Franklin Woods, Larkin Chase, Doctors Community with potential premium pay. Up to $10,000 sign‑on incentive available. Responsibilities Title: Physical Therapist Location/work environment: In‑facility Reporting structure: Reporting to Director of Rehab • Assess patient needs, design and implement recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy services. • Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and skills to promote independence and productivity. • Collaborate with peers, provide referrals, and participate in multidisciplinary care teams. • Adapt treatment to individual patient goals and settings. Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility. Master’s degree in Physical Therapy, or Master’s degree in a Physical Therapy related field plus a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy, or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience. U.S. equivalent assessment for Physical Therapy degrees earned outside the U.S. Compensation USD $47.00 - USD $55.00 /hr. Bonus: USD $10,000.00 #J-18808-Ljbffr
