This role involves assisting the dentist during clinical procedures, preparing and organizing treatment rooms, and ensuring instruments and equipment are properly sterilized and maintained. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting patient intake and chairside care, taking and processing dental x-rays as permitted, updating patient records, and reinforcing oral care instructions. The Dental Assistant/RDA also helps manage supplies, maintains infection control standards, and contributes to a welcoming, efficient practice environment for patients and colleagues. \n Qualifications \n \n Strong foundation in Dental Assisting and Dentistry, with the ability to support a wide range of chairside procedures. \n Knowledge of Dental Care and Oral Care practices, including patient education on preventive and post-treatment instructions. \n Competence in Sterilization and infection control protocols to maintain a safe and compliant clinical environment. \n CPR certification and familiarity with standard dental office software and digital x-ray systems. \n Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered, respectful approach to care. \n Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical setting, demonstrating reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail. \naa415a4b-8b21-40fc-a65c-70d2b25ca29a
