Recovery Associate

Job TitleSummaryAccurately perform various return materials authorization (RMA) transactions in Syteline and the physical movement of product and its paperwork. The team member will demonstrate a contribution to the growth of a team environment and will be expected to meet all responsibilities listed below in a quality and professional manner.Essential Duties And Responsibilities Include The Following. Other Duties May Be Assigned.Physically identify, sort, label and prepare to ship or receive in a timely manner.Obtain return materials authorization numbers from vendors and do follow up calls by phone, fax, or e-mail.Match, prepare and transact credit memos.Ensure all products identified on the purchase order or return materials authorization have been included.Prepare reports and spreadsheets as requested using Word and Excel software programs.Properly maintain organization and cleanliness of the Recovery area.Data Entry in Syteline to ship, receive and transfer inventory.Maintain files.Teamwork:Willingness to be flexible to move to different parts of the materials environment or organization to assist areas in need of additional resources.Ability to work well with a diverse group of co-workers, assist in training of other members and promote a strong team effort to ensure timely and efficient completion of customer requirements.Qualifications/Education And/Or ExperienceHigh School Diploma or GED.Knowledge in Microsoft Word & Excel.Ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other associates of the organization.Adequate phone and general office/warehouse abilities.Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written or oral form.Ability to work up to 8-hour shifts, including overtime as needed.Physical RequirementsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
