Job Description:

• This role will play a key part in connecting customers to a wide range of healthcare products and services through strategic partnerships, with a focus on solutions for chronic and complex longitudinal conditions.
• The Product Manager III will lead product strategy, development, and go-to-market initiatives that enable millions of customers to access healthcare benefits and services sponsored by employers or insurers.
• These programs support treatment and management of conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, mental health, and other chronic conditions.
• This role provides an opportunity to build innovative healthcare solutions, drive customer engagement, and contribute to large-scale business growth initiatives.

Business Group Overview

The team manages a portfolio of products supporting strategic growth initiatives in healthcare. The focus is on:

• Enabling access to healthcare programs and services
• Driving customer engagement and awareness
• Integrating internal and external healthcare partners
• Improving health outcomes through digital health solutions
• Supporting solutions for chronic and complex health conditions

Chronic conditions affect nearly 60% of adults in the client location, and this team works with third-party digital health partners to provide accessible and effective treatment programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external partners to research, design, develop, and launch product solutions.
• Define product strategy and roadmap using strong business judgment.
• Write business requirements and provide technical product input.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
• Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and business stakeholders.
• Lead initiatives in highly ambiguous and fast-changing environments.
• Own product delivery from concept through launch and optimization.
• Manage current product delivery while planning future product development.
• Communicate product decisions and strategies clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer discovery, conversion, and satisfaction.
• Onboard new healthcare benefit services into the program.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, business development, or technology roles
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Experience owning and driving product roadmap strategy
• Experience delivering end-to-end technology products
• Experience managing feature delivery and trade-off decisions
• Experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner
• Experience owning and managing technology products

Top Required Skills (Must Have)

Front-end Product Management Experience

• Experience managing customer-facing products
• Strong focus on customer discovery, conversion, and satisfaction

Strong Collaboration with Designers & Engineers

• Experience working closely with visual designers and front-end engineering teams

Consumer Market Experience

• Background in consumer technology or retail products

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Previous experience working with client or similar large-scale platforms
• Experience in digital health or healthcare products (preferred but not required)
• Experience influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
• MBA or advanced degree
