Lead Bartender

Center Bar is a high-volume craft cocktail bar located at Chattahoochee Food Works. Our Bar Leads are essential to keeping our staff trained up and help in maintaining a fun and clean environment for our guests and team members. Bar Lead Duties include but are not limited to: Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons. Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks in a timely manner. Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations. Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails. Training New Staff Members - Bartenders, Barbacks, Bar Prep. Making sure all items are stocked and rotated correctly. Communicate with Management. Keeping the bar maintained - a clean organized environment. Keep the team organized and positive. Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets the legal drinking age. Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies. Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience. Comply with all food and beverage regulations. Prepare, mix, and put together craft cocktails from scratch. Bar Lead Qualifications: At least 3 years of proven experience as a bartender in an upscale, casual dining atmosphere. Must have classic cocktail knowledge Bar Lead or other Supervisory experience. Positive attitude and excellent communication skills. Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time. Able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food, kegs, and containers weighing up to 50 pounds. Flexible schedule. Stamina is to work 40 hours per week. Able to have fun and make every guest want to return. Provide 3 references. Must-Have: Positive Attitude. Problem-Solving Skills. Strong Communications Skills. Leadership Skills.
