Job Title
High-Level Individual Duties:
- BA gathers the specs, creates BRDs and then puts them through Rally à Engineers do the dev work
- Unit testing
- Push code out via DevOps pipelines
- 8-8 on call once out of every 4 sprints
Must-Haves (Concepts & Tools):
- Ruby (rack – web server interface, also called ‘syro’)
- JavaScript
- HTML / CSS / JQuery
- Unit test skills
- DevOps – Jenkins / Git
- Consuming REST based services, no backend development
Nice to-Haves (Concepts & Tools):
- React / React Native
- Azure or other cloud
- Finance experience (tech is more important)
