Sr Logistics Analyst - Deployment | Job DetailsSr Logistics Analyst - DeploymentWork Mode: OnsiteLocation: Onsite, four days per week - Kohler, WIOpportunityUnder the direction of the Manager – Network Deployment & Project Management, the Senior Logistics Analyst – Deployment is responsible for execution and optimization of supply chain network deployment, order allocation, and sales enablement programs across Kitchen & Bath Americas.This role leads analytical and tactical deployment activities supporting inventory positioning, order flow optimization, and cost-to-serve performance. The position partners cross-functionally across Transportation, Distribution, S&OP, Inventory, and Sales teams to drive execution of network strategy into daily operations and customer delivery outcomes.Specific ResponsibilitiesNetwork Deployment & Order Allocation ExecutionOwn execution of Order Move and Order Allocation processes to improve LOTIF, workload balance, inventory deployment, and cost optimizationManage and refine deployment logic including prop factors, sourcing alignment, and execution rules across the networkMonitor SKU inventory levels at each DC note, manage and adjust supply flow in partnership with category planning to meet LOTIF requirements.Identify, propose, and execute order moves based on inventory position, plant capabilities, and customer demand signalsPartner with DC operations, Shipment Planning, and Inventory teams to address deployment and execution issuesNew Product Introduction & Production AlignmentAnalyze production plans, tooling strategies, and product launches to support deployment readiness and executionPartner with Engineering, Supply Chain Alignment, and Planning teams to ensure new product introductions are aligned with optimal network deployment strategiesDevelop and recommend deployment strategies that balance service, cost, and capacity constraints for new and transitioning productsNetwork Deployment Strategy Support (Key Product Lines)Analyze and support network deployment strategies and order balancing across key fixtures product lines including: VitreousSterling / Vikrell SpaceStainless SteelFaucetsProvide data-driven recommendations to optimize inventory positioning, reduce cost-to-serve, and improve fulfillment performancePartner with Network Strategy, S&OP, and Distribution teams to align long-term network design with near-term executionSales Enablement & Program DeploymentSupport execution of sales enablement programs including Direct Import, Drop Ship, Home Delivery, and customer-specific solutionsLead deployment and operationalization of new commercial programs ensuring scalable and repeatable executionCoordinate cross-functional execution with Sales, Customer Operations, Distribution, and Transportation teamsData Management, Analytics & ReportingDevelop and maintain reporting and dashboards to monitor deployment performance, cost, and service metricsPerform cost-to-serve analysis to evaluate shipment strategies and identify optimization opportunitiesSupport inbound planning, forecasting alignment, and transportation analyticsCost Modeling & Financial AnalysisAnalyze logistics cost drivers and support modeling for deployment, sourcing, and order allocation decisionsIdentify cost reduction opportunities while maintaining service expectationsSupport business cases for deployment-related initiatives and operational changesProcess Development & StandardizationDevelop and standardize SOPs including deployment logic, order moves, routing guides, and escalation processesDrive adoption of standardized processes across deployment and planning teamsEnsure consistency and governance across deployment activitiesContinuous Improvement & Cross-Functional SupportSupport logistics and network continuous improvement initiativesParticipate in moderately complex cross-functional projectsProvide analytical support across Network Strategy, Transportation, Distribution, and S&OP functionsPerform other duties as assigned by managerSkills/RequirementsRequiredBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, or equivalent level of education3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or deployment-related rolesExperience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (Excel)Experience managing multiple priorities and operate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environmentPreferredExperience with SAP, IBP, or transportation management systems (TMS)Experience utilizing Power BI or similar toolsExperience in network deployment, order allocation, or supply chain project executionExposure to manufacturing environments and product-line deployment (e.g., fixtures, building products)Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.We believe in supporting you from the moment you join us, which is why Kohler offers day 1 benefits. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
