Marketing Coordinator (Contract) Assignment Details • Contract opportunity • Approximate duration: 8-10 weeks • Schedule: 40 hours per week • Location: Portland, OR Overview We are seeking a temporary Marketing Coordinator to support a busy marketing team for an approximately 8-10 week assignment working full-time hours. This person will focus on administrative and project coordination support to help keep key marketing initiatives organized and on schedule. Responsibilities • Maintain and update campaign documentation on an ongoing basis. • Keep the Go-to-Market calendar accurate, current, and organized. • Provide administrative support to the marketing team across day-to-day initiatives. • Assist with planning, execution, and tracking of marketing programs. • Coordinate stakeholder inputs across multiple marketing channels. • Support projects related to web, weekly flyer, paid media, email, and collateral. • Help ensure deadlines, materials, and project details are tracked effectively. Requirements • 1-2 years of marketing or communications experience preferred. • Strong organizational and administrative support skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and keep projects moving in a fast-paced environment. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate documentation and schedules. • Comfort working across multiple marketing channels and coordinating with internal stakeholders.
