Service Learning Coordinator, Volunteer Services

Under the direction of the Director of Volunteer Services, the Service Learning Coordinator will create, implement and oversee volunteer programs for high school and college students with the goal of giving students learning opportunities in various healthcare careers while filling departmental volunteer needs. Programs include but are not limited to the year-round Service Learning Program for college students and the summer VolunTEEN Program for high school students.

Education: Required: Four-year college degree required. Preferred: Four-year Business, Non-profit Management or Education degree.

Experience: Required: At least 1 year experience working with volunteers in a non-profit organization and at least three years of experience leading a program(s) at a non-profit or for-profit organization. Must have excellent computer skills in Excel and Word, as well as excellent administrative skills. Must have excellent communication skills. Excellent organization skills is a must.
