Registered Nurse (RN) Location: Ottawa County Health Center Job Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) provides compassionate, patient-centered care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. This role collaborates with physicians and the care team to support the physical and emotional well-being of patients and their families. Key Responsibilities Assess and document patient needs and conditions Implement and follow physician orders accurately Monitor and communicate changes in patient status Administer medications and perform nursing procedures Participate in outpatient procedures Maintain thorough and timely EMR documentation Ensure safe, clean, and organized patient care areas Provide leadership to LPNs and CNAs, delegating tasks appropriately Support patients and families through education and discharge planning Collaborate effectively with all hospital departments Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program BLS and ACLS certifications required (PALS/TNCC within 2 years) Strong communication, teamwork, and computer skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
