Outpatient Infusion Center Full Time Infusion RN Nurse

Job Description

North Texas ID is a very well-respected group on the Baylor University Medical Center Campus in Downtown Dallas. Our practice is warm, inviting and innovative.

We are seeking an Outpatient Infusion Center Full Time Infusion RN Nurse to join our team! You will be responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of assigned patients.

Responsibilities:

Administer infusion medications
PICC line/Midline sterile dressing changes
PIV placement
Medication mixing (weight based included)
Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care
Educate patients for home IV antibiotic administration
Maintain accurate and timely charting

Qualifications:

Registered Nurse in the state of Texas
Familiarity with medical software and equipment
Ability to build rapport with patients
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Company Description

We are a very respected Infectious Disease Practice in Dallas with two locations and an infusion center. We have four physicians and five APPs and are looking for the best of the best to join our team!
