QC Specialist, DCNJ

Duties and Responsibilities The Quality Control Specialist shares responsibility for loading and unloading shipments and containers, handling inventory, and supporting warehouse projects. Work a full-time schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and maintain dependable and punctual attendance. Unload inbound containers and palletize inventory. Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment to transport and store items throughout the warehouse. Load outbound shipments and verify shipment accuracy before loading. Assist with labeling incoming shipments. Manage inventory that is in unsellable condition. Support special projects, including product rework, relabeling, and other warehouse initiatives. Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements and Qualifications Forklift experience is required. Ability to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Basic proficiency with computers and warehouse-related systems. Three or more years of warehouse experience preferred. High school diploma or GED required. Ability to manage multiple tasks, organize projects, and work effectively as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compensation Hiring Range: 17.25 - 32.00 USD per hour Actual compensation may vary based on factors including experience, education, geographic location, market conditions, and applicable skills.
