Senior Sales Assistant
We're partnering with a manufacturing company in Kent, WA that's looking for a Senior Sales Assistant to support their sales team in managing existing business and developing new customer relationships ultimately driving company growth and success. If you thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, enjoy building relationships, and take pride in being proactive and detail-oriented, this could be a great fit for you.
What You'll Do:
- Support the sales team with existing and house accounts, reorders, and new product development
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team
- Manage quotes, samples, orders, and procurement logistics
- Contribute during production and sales meetings
- Help organize and plan trade shows (some travel involved)
- Handle key administrative tasks prioritizing workloads, managing client inquiries, maintaining the product sample library, and overseeing shipping and data entry
